Limited
Warranty / Return Policy (top):
- This
warranty ensures each product will be free of manufacturer's
defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from
the date of shipment.
- In
the event of a defect under this warranty, we will,
at the manufacturer's discretion, send replacement material,
request the item be returned for repair, issue a partial
credit, or fully replace the item when deemed appropriate.
- This
warranty does not cover damages caused by normal wear
and tear, misuse, weather, improper handling, improper
installation, or improper maintenance.
- For
netting, manufacturers defects are limited to the knotting,
binding and construction of the net. Holes being punched
in the netting and/or worn and broken netting are not
included within this warranty.
- All
initial shipping costs related to returning products
to Practice Sports, Inc. / College Sports, Inc. will
be the responsibility of the customer.
- If
a product is determined to be defective, shipping costs
may be reimbursed at the discretion of the manufacturer.
- Alteration
or modification of the product voids any warranty.
- It
is normal course for the replacement parts/products
to be shipped after the original parts/products have
been received by Practice Sports, Inc. / College Sports,
Inc. If a customer desires that the replacement items
be sent prior to receipt of the return, then the customer
will be charged full price for the items and shipping
and be credited the price of the items upon receipt
of the returned items (freight will not be credited).
- This
limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other
warranties including warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose. Practice Sports, Inc.
& College Sports, Inc. shall not be liable for any
incidental or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever.
Other
Warranties:
- Frame
Systems: 5-year limited warranty
- Netting/other
equipment: 2-year limited warranty
- Installation
Services: 30-day limited warranty -- return trip is
based on discretion of crew-chief. Pictures will be
required -- if it is determined alterations have been
made to system which caused the malfunction, there will
be a charge for the service-call.
- Any
modifications to the system void warranty & liability.
- Parts
will be replaced on a discretionary basis, and in most
cases will not result in the entire system being replaced
- College
Sports, Inc. & Practice Sports, Inc. are not liable
for any income lost or labor expenses as a result of
damage
Liabilities
(applies to Practice Sports,
Inc. / College Sports, Inc. and any subsidiaries/contractors):

We are not liable for costs incurred to move equipment
after it has been installed (if we are providing 'Installation
Services').
- We
are not liable for any damages or injuries sustained
as a result of the use of our equipment
- We
recommend regular safety inspections (frequency depends
on usage) to ensure all equipment is still in original
& safe working order -- contact
us for a quote on our Installation Services.
- It
is the customer's responsibility to properly assemble
& use our equipment.
- If
unfamiliar with installing equipment, the services of
a professional company should be engaged - contact
us for a quote on our installation services
- It
is the customer's responsibility to perform regular
safety inspections to ensure the product has not been
compromised
- Netting
can be damaged by a variety of factors, including but
not limited to: animals, weather, vandalism, misuse
-- netting should be inspected frequently before use
to ensure no holes have developed which could cause
injury -- we are not responsible for any injuries as
a result of netting breaking, as this is an inherent
risk with the use of netting for hard-ball sports use.

Credits
/ 30-Day Guarantee
(top):
- Practice
Sports, Inc. / College Sports, Inc. will issue credit
(when deemed appropriate by the manufacturer) to our
customers.
- The
level of credit is based on the discretion of the manufacturer
for each particular item.
- Returns
may be made within 30-days of purchase, and carry a
15% restocking fee (credits will be issued within 30-days
of receipt of return).
- Custom
fabrication orders may not be returned for credit or
refund - contact us to determine
if your custom item qualifies for a return and/or credit
of any amount.
- If
there is damage or noticeable wear as a result of your
usage, no credit will be issued.
- Customer's
are liable for any freight costs incurred as a result
of a return, unless determined that the item is defective
and warrants a full refund or replacement.
If
you would like to return an item, email
us the following:
- Your
name and address
- A
basic explanation of the reason for return (your request
will not be challenged - this is for business purposes
only).
When
the above information is received, an authorization number
will be issued by College Sports, Inc. as well as further
instructions for returning your item and receiving your
credit.
When
returning the item, please follow the below directions:
- Include
proof of original purchase (receipt/invoice etc.)
- Product
should be well packed in a sturdy carton to prevent
damage in transit. All shipping damage is the responsibility
of the consumer.

Payment Terms (top):
Schools
/ Government Agencies / Municipalities:

Payment Terms: Certified Purchase Order must be received
in advance, including signed Contract.
- Purchase
Orders & Contract can be faxed to 1-800-877-6787.
- Full
payment due within 14 days of receipt of equipment or
completion of installation - payable via Check or Money
Order.

Please remit payments to Practice Sports, Inc. P.O.
Box 1463 Bellevue, NE 68005-1463.
- Delinquent
balances are subject to 3% finance charges accrued monthly,
and a discretionary late fee.
- If
litigation is required, College Sports, Inc. & Practice
Sports, Inc. hold jurisdiction, and the customer will
be required to travel to Omaha, Nebraska for all proceedings
involving litigation.
Commercial
Entities / Private Individuals / Independent Financiers:
- 100%
of balance due in advance, unless we are performing
installation services.
- 50%
of balance due in advance when utilizing our installation
services - payable via Personal Check, Certified Check
or Money Order (prior to order being processed).
- Remaining
Balance due on job-site upon completion of project -
payable ONLY via Certified Check or Money Order.
- Keys
for equipment will NOT be provided until full payment
is received.
- If
full payment is not remitted on the day of completion,
Practice Sports, Inc. will retain FULL ownership to
the equipment.

Shipping/Handling
(top):
- Shipping/Handling/Insurance
is approximately 13%-15% of total NORMAL RETAIL PRICE
(minimum of $5).
- Most
all in-stock items will be processed and packaged the
SAME business day as submitting your order. We do our
best to expedite this process and get your product out
the door in a hurry!
- Most
items will ship via UPS Ground, and standard transit
time is approximately 3-4 business days, based on location.
Heavy items will ship via Watkins Truck Line and may
take 1-2 days longer.
- Shipping
to a Business address is considerably cheaper than a
Residential address.
- Expedited
shipping is available for an additional cost. Please
contact us for a quote.
Timelines

- We
do our best to meet estimated timelines, but can not
guarantee our equipment will arrive within any specific
timeline, nor are we bound to fulfill any specific timelines,
unless otherwise arranged & agreed to by Practice
Sports, Inc. & client.
- We
are not liable for any expenses or monies lost as a
result of our equipment not arriving within your schedule.
- Any
timelines provided are only estimates, and subject to
delay
- Please
order equipment well in advance to avoid any potential
issues caused by unforeseen delays such as: trucking
company delays, materials shortage, weather, illness,
accidents, natural disasters, etc.
- Orders
can be expedited for a fee when urgent -- please contact
us for details.
Minimum
Orders (top):
There
is no minimum order amount.
Price
Changes (top):
We
do our best to maintain stable prices, however, due to
several variables outside of our control, all prices are
subject to change without notice. Prices currently reflected
on the site are accurate.
Canceled
Orders (top):
In-stock
orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipping.
Once an order has been shipped a minimum 15% restocking
fee will apply, in addition to the return shipping charges.
Custom orders are not eligible for a return / refund.
Product
Stock (top):
Most
products will be in stock, with the exception of custom
sized cages, pitching machines, field covers, wind screens,
turf, and a few others. We can not guarantee stock on
any items, so please contact us
to check our up-to-date inventory availability.
Damaged
Goods (top):
Damaged
goods must be reported to contact
us within 5 days of receipt of the order. If merchandise
is damaged during shipping, a claim must be made immediately
with the delivery carrier, noted on the bill of lading
or the truck bill when the goods are delivered.
*If
the customer accepts receipt of goods and does not bring
damage to the attention of the delivery carrier, the customer
typically assumes all responsibility for the damage -
in MOST cases - some exceptions are made, i.e. if item
was delivered when customer was not home etc., but recourse
is MUCH more likely if the driver notates it on the Bill
of Lading.
Trust
(top):
We
are verified Paypal members, with an active 'Premier Account'.
This means that Paypal has certified that our company
name (College Sports, Inc.) matches our bank account /
credit card information, and they have verified our location.

can read our Paypal 'User Status' when you select an item
to purchase, and login to your account. You will then
see a link that says "User Status" under our name College
Sports, Inc. This will display our account profile, as

has a very good reputation for preventing and combating
fraud. If you were to purchase an item from a company
with Paypal, and not receive the item, or feel you were
deceived, Paypal has a Buyer Complaint Process to help

Also
remember that if you were to transfer funds with your
Paypal account using a credit card, you retain the right
to stop-payment on the purchase, and dispute the charge
with your credit card company - if unsatisfied for some
reason.
