Creates an adjustable & stable mounting point for the winch. Can be mounted to trusses or a block/concrete wall or headers. Allows for winch to be mounted around tube, which can then be swiveled as needed to adjust cable line, to avoid issues such as tangling which may occur if the cable isn't in a perfectly straight line with the pulleys. The mounting flange is also adjustable up to 3-4", which creates a versatile winch mount without going through the trouble of drilling & re-drilling multiple times to get everything lined up just right.
